4. Service Availability
Internet service is available only in qualified areas and may depend on signal strength, line capacity, physical access, and network limitations. Some plans may be adjusted if the selected package is not technically available at the applicant’s location.
5. Fees and Billing
- Monthly service fees begin based on the official activation date of the account.
- Installation, device, or other one-time charges may apply unless covered by a current promotion.
- Unpaid balances may result in service interruption, temporary disconnection, or additional charges where applicable.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the installation area.
- The customer is responsible for maintaining power, proper placement, and basic care of installed devices within the premises.
- The customer must not tamper with company equipment, lines, or network settings without authorization.
7. Fair and Lawful Use
The service must be used only for lawful purposes. LANWIRED may suspend or terminate service if the connection is used for illegal activity, network abuse, fraud, unauthorized redistribution, or actions that negatively affect the network or other subscribers.
8. Support and Maintenance
LANWIRED may conduct maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs when necessary. While efforts will be made to minimize disruptions, temporary service interruptions may occur during these activities.
9. Privacy and Communication
By submitting this application, the applicant authorizes LANWIRED to use the provided contact details for application processing, verification, installation coordination, billing-related notices, and service updates.
10. Acceptance
Checking the Terms and Conditions box and submitting this form signifies that the applicant has read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
